WHAT IS ERP SOLUTION RIMS?

ERP RIMS – is an enterprise resource planning system, which is specifically tailored for Governmental Organizations that require an integrated and a controlled flow of information while streamlining back-office processes throughout the entire organization.
To automate business processes entirely within the organization, RIMS centralized architecture consists of:

  • Three core modules – where main functions and processes are handled
  • Six vertical solutions – which are closely related to core modules and provide supplemental functionality
  • Three integrated solutions – that are inter-dependent with the above modules to provide added value to organization users

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

This module provides an end-to-end approach to people management where organizations have a complete visibility of the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment to retirement. FINANCE MODULE

Finance Module handles the entire financial process of the organization, from budget planning to procurement. This module also manages purchases, cash transactions and organization revenues.

LOGISTICS MODULE

It provides the organization with the ability to publish invitations to bid/offer and it facilitates the bidding process. This module also allows the Economic Operators to register, get informed about the bids as well as to submit their offers.

INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

Document management system, Notification Center and Business Intelligence are global solutions within RIMS that are integrated with all above-mentioned modules and solutions.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DMS)

DMS is an integrated solution that provides the organization with ability to facilitate their end-to-end processes in a green, paperless and a well-organized environment.

NOTIFICATION CENTER

Is another integrated solution throughout the system and it facilitates the notification of the appropriate parties for all the processes that may be taking place within the organization. Notification center ensures information of parties to increase organization efficiency and decrease miss-management.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
